I’m Konrad Jarosinski. I live in Gdańsk, Poland, where I try to shape the future.

I've always loved making things, especially with computers. I got hooked on programming pretty early, tinkering with old machines. That naturally led me to video games, and I ended up studying game design. Learning about game mechanics and how to create fun experiences for players was awesome. Even though I shifted into web development later, what I learned in game design—thinking about the user, how things fit together—stuck with me and really helped in my work as a Frontend tech lead and in starting my own ventures.

That love for figuring things out and building stuff from my game design days didn't just stop there. Soon enough, I was using the same kind of thinking to put together FPV drones, mess with electronics, and get my 3D printers working just right. Trying to program an Arduino for a drone or getting a 3D print to come out perfectly felt a lot like figuring out a tricky game mechanic. It's all about understanding how systems work, trying things out, and solving puzzles, just with different tools – and sometimes more spectacular crashes when it comes to the drones!

I've put that same energy into pretty much everything I do – whether it's spending days debugging a tricky web app, working through different versions of an idea for one of my startups, or losing track of time figuring out a new Raspberry Pi project for my smart home. Sure, there have been plenty of frustrating moments, staring at code that won't compile or a jumble of wires from an electronics experiment, but the urge to get things working, and working well, always keeps me going. It feels great when a web platform finally goes live, or I nail an FPV flight with a drone I built, or a smart home gadget I put together just works.

So now, as a Frontend tech lead, I try to bring that same passion from my game design and development background to building good digital stuff and helping my teams. But I've always got that itch to build my own things too, so I'm often working on my own startups, using all the tech skills I've picked up. I'm really interested in AI agents lately – how they could change the way we use tech and automate daily tasks. It’s kind of like that early excitement for game design, but now focused on making everyday tech smarter. It really all comes down to loving to build and try new things, and hopefully making everyday stuff a bit better – when I'm not busy with my dogs and their competitions, or tending to the chameleon, of course!
